All products sold on AlShar are digital downloads, including templates, guides, and toolkits. Once a purchase is completed, access is granted immediately via secure download.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

You purchased the same item more than once by mistake.
You received a corrupted file and our support team could not provide a working replacement.
The product description clearly misrepresented the item, and you report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
